We also operate only late model equipment. We maintain our equipment with our own mechanics in our state-of-the-art Mississauga, Ontario Maintenance Facility. All mechanical staff attend regular training courses and seminars, so they are kept up-to-date on the latest environmental, technical and vehicle safety issues.

Located at our Administration and Maintenance facility is our Operations Centre, which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This ensures an On-Duty Manager is on the premises at all times.

Should circumstances requiring service extensions or alterations arise, we can be contacted 24 hours a day. Our On-Duty Manager will take the necessary action to guarantee uninterrupted service.

Pacific Western is the most capable company when it comes to replacing non-serviceable vehicles, having at its disposal 120 additional vehicles to assist in any emergency situation.

Should a coach experience mechanical problems, our driver contacts our 24-hour Operations Centre immediately. From here, we manage the situation and make arrangements in order to ensure your group is moved as quickly as possible.

Our record for emergency response time is proven by being considered the company that is the primary responder for emergency situations at Lester B. Pearson International Airport.
