Lou Bijelic was recognized at this years’ Ontario Motorcoach Association Annual Conference with the prestigious Employee Excellence Award held in Niagara Falls. Over his 17 years, Lou has been a big part of our training program including mentoring (working with new driver recruits), Driver Training, Serpentine Training, and Coop Training with one of our largest Educational Tour Companies. He is highly requested by our clients.
Lou has also made timely contributions and supported his fellow Colleagues within our Driver Association on the Executive Committee as a Steward, and on the Negotiating Committee working closely with PWT Management.
Lou’s outstanding customer service, to both internal and external clients has allowed him to showcase success in every one of his roles within the Company.
On a personal level Lou has strong Family Values and has been married to his wife Lubica for 41 years with 2 daughters, Ilona and Tamara. One of his girls lives locally and has provided Lou with two grandchildren, Christopher 11, and Trinity, 10 years old, which he enjoys spoiling and spending as much time as possible. His other daughter lives in Dubai, which allows him to not only visit with her, but enjoy his love of travel to see other parts of the World.
Lou always demonstrates a good attitude, is respectful to others and his upbeat personality inspires his co-workers.
