Duty Manager

This is an entry level leadership role within a 24/7 Operations Department reporting to the Manager of Operations.  As a member of the Operations Team, you will be accountable for a variety of transportation activities and responsibilities.  You will work with, develop and provide supportive leadership to all internal and external customers.

Your natural leadership abilities should be supported by solid inter-personal skills and attention to detail. You should ideally have a combination of educational and/or work experience(s) within, but not limited to, a business or logistics environment with a strong emphasis on customer service. You must be comfortable working in MS Windows programs. This position will require you to work 12 hour shifts days and/or nights, including some weekends and holidays. General knowledge of Hours of Service Rules and French would be considered a definite asset.
